Call forwarding instructions

AT&T

Enable Call Forwarding
  1. Dial *72 from your landline phone and wait for a dial tone.
  2. Enter the 10-digit phone number where you would like your calls forwarded (i.e., your NEW Call Concierge phone number).
  3. Press the pound button (#) or wait for a response indicating call forwarding has been activated.
  4. Hang up and end the call.
Disable Call Forwarding

Dial 73# (at dial tone). When you hear short tones, Call Forwarding is off.

Bell

Enable Call Forwarding
  1. Dial *72 (or 1172 on rotary phones).
  2. Listen for three beeps followed by dial tone.
  3. Dial the phone number to which your calls are to be forwarded.
  4. If there's an answer at the number you are forwarding to: Make sure you keep the line open for at least 5 seconds to activate the service.
    If there is no answer or if you get a busy signal: Wait for 3 seconds, hang up and then repeat steps 1 to 4, one more time, to activate the service.

If you’re using a Home Hub 3000 modem for phone service:

  1. Dial *72
  2. When prompted, enter the destination phone number (the number to forward your calls to) followed by the # key.
  3. Listen for the message confirming that Call Forwarding has been activated.
Disable Call Forwarding
  1. Dial *73 (or 1173 on rotary phones).
  2. Listen for two beeps.
  3. Hang up

If you’re using a Home Hub 3000 modem for phone service:

  1. Dial *73
  2. Listen for the message confirming that Call Forwarding has been deactivated.

Comcast/Xfinity

Enable Call Forwarding
  1. Dial *72 if you want all calls to automatically forward. Otherwise, dial *71 if you only want unanswered calls to forward.
  2. Enter the 10-digit phone number where you would like your calls forwarded (i.e., your NEW Call Concierge phone number).
  3. Press the Call button and wait for a confirmation tone and message.
  4. Hang up and end the call.
Disable Call Forwarding

Dial *73 (at dial tone). You will hear a confirmation message that Call Forwarding has been deactivated.

Cox

Enable Call Forwarding
  1. Dial *72. On a rotary phone dial 1172.
  2. Listen for the dial tone.
  3. Enter the 10-digit phone number where you would like your calls forwarded (i.e., your NEW Call Concierge phone number).
  4. Hang up and end the call.
Disable Call Forwarding

Dial * 73. On a rotary phone, dial 1173. Listen for the confirmation tone and then hang up the handset.

Rogers

Enable Call Forwarding
  1. From your home phone, dial *72.
  2. Enter the 10-digit phone number you want your calls forwarded to. The call will ring through to the number you entered.
  3. Accept the call (if forwarding to a cell phone) or have another person pick up (if forwarding to a landline).
  4. Stay on the line for a minimum of five seconds or Call Forwarding won’t be activated.

If the number you want to forward to is busy or there is no answer/you can’t accept the call/pick up:

  1. Pick up your phone and dial *72 again.
  2. Redial the phone number you want your calls forwarded to.
  3. Listen for 2 beeps, confirming that Call Forward is activated.
  4. Hang up your phone.

Note: If you forward your calls to a telephone number outside your local calling area, the usual long distance charges will be billed to your account if the call is answered at that number. You will also need to dial/enter 1 before the number being forwarded to.

Disable Call Forwarding
  1. Pick up the handset and listen for the dial tone.
  2. Dial *73
  3. Listen for 2 beeps and hang up

Spectrum

Enable Call Forwarding
  1. Dial *72
  2. Enter the 10-digit phone number where you would like your calls forwarded (i.e., your NEW Call Concierge phone number).
  3. Tap the Call button and wait for a confirmation tone and message.
  4. Hang up and end the call.
Disable Call Forwarding

Dial *73 at dial tone and tap the Call button. Wait for a confirmation tone and message and end the call.

Sprint

Enable Call Forwarding
  1. Dial *72 followed by the 10-digit phone number where you want your calls forwarded (i.e., your NEW Call Concierge Phone Number).
  2. Press Talk. You’ll hear “The calling feature has been activated” or alert tones when the call forwarding is activated.
  3. Hang up and end the call.
Disable Call Forwarding

Dial *73 (dial 1173 and wait four seconds on rotary phones). When you hear two beeps, Call Forwarding is deactivated.

Telus

Enable Call Forwarding
  1. From your home phone, dial * 72 or #72. Listen for three beeps and then a dial tone again
  2. Dial the number to which you want your calls forwarded
  3. When that phone is answered, you will hear an intermittent dial tone confirming that call forwarding is activated

Note: If the number is busy or goes unanswered, hang up and repeat the process in 2 minutes.

Disable Call Forwarding
  1. From your home phone, dial * 73 or #73
  2. Listen for 2 beeps
  3. Hang up

Verizon

Enable Call Forwarding
  1. Dial *72 or rotary dial 1172 You should hear two short tones.
  2. After the last tone, enter the 10-digit phone number where you want your calls forwarded to (i.e., your NEW Call Concierge Phone Number).
  3. When the call is answered the feature has been activated.
  4. Hang up and end the call.
Disable Call Forwarding

Dial *73 from the device you wish to disable Call Forwarding. If you don't have your device or *73 doesn't work, Call Forwarding can be turned off via My Verizon. Listen for a series of beeps then wait for call to automatically end.

Vonage

Enable Call Forwarding
  1. Dial *72 from your Vonage phone and listen for the prompt.
  2. Enter the 10-digit phone number where you would like your calls forwarded (i.e., your NEW Call Concierge phone number).
  3. Press 1 to confirm or 2 to enter a different phone number.
  4. Hang up and end the call.
